A native of Florida, Karen Climer comes from a family of real estate instructors and real estate investors.  She began her real estate career in timeshare, working in front line sales, marketing, and training.   In 2003, Karen began teaching people how to pass the Florida real estate exam and quickly developed a reputation for explaining material in terms that students understand and enjoy.  She holds a Florida real estate broker license and Florida real estate instructor permit.  She owns and operates Demetree School of Real Estate in Orlando.
